NUST is the University having its colleges all over pakistan. PNEC is a college of NUST in karachi in which zulqarnain got admission, but now he also made it to EME according to latest merit lists issued by NUST, Alhamdulillah.
EME is college of NUST in Rawalpindi.
*I dun knw the location of PNEC in karachi!
